EXHIBITOR REFUND POLICY:
50% Vendor space will be refunded if you cancel, until 60 days prior to event.
after april 9th, 2023 - No Refunds will be issued.
ELECTRICITY & INTERNET ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH EXHIBITOR SPACE.
We cannot provide internet at this time. electricity is available at a premium, determined by our venue.
*Each space comes with two vendor Badges. Additional Vendor Badges will be available for purchase during load in limit 2 additional badges.

If accepted -
we will send you a Paypal invoice where you'll be able to purchase your space. No space will be reserved until payment is made.
you will have 7 days to pay the invoice - starting when you receive it from spookala via email.
non-payment after seven days will result in the space revoked and given to another applicant.
spookala reserves the right to deny any exhibitor, for any reason.
booth placement will be determined by us and we cannot guarantee any location - although we do try our best to accommodate reasonable and timely requests.
