Thanks for submitting!

This application is for October 4-6, 2024 at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa, Florida.

Refund Policy: Spookala will give 50% refund back until August 1st, 2024. After August 1st, we will give 0% refunds to any cancelation. 

Electricity: Electricity will be $100.00 additional per space. This will be paid upon arrival. 

Each booth/table space comes with (2) vendor weekend wristbands & (1) parking pass. 

Each booth comes with (1) 8' table & (2) chairs. Each 6' table space comes with (1) 6' table & (2) chairs. 

If your application is accepted, we will be sending you an invoice. You'll have 2 weeks to pay either $300.00 or the full amount. If the invoice isn't paid within 2 weeks then your invoice will be canceled. You'll be able to re-apply but your application will then be placed in the back of the line. ALL REMAINING MONEY OWED IS DUE NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 1ST
